When printing the image you have chosen, the result will not be radically different after printing, if you have, for example, green color in the image, it will remain green, but it may differ by several tones or semitones. The reason for this is the complexity of the color calibration between the monitor and the printer and the difference in the color profiles in which the printer and the computer monitor work.

The color rendering of any printer is completely different, and if you printed your logo in any printing house and received a certain color during printing, it is not a fact that this color will be printed on our equipment or any other.

When ordering printing on textiles, be prepared for small deviations in colors from the image you saw on the monitor screen or other printed products. Textiles, unlike paper, absorb paint much more intensively and are a rather specific basis for application. Sometimes it is difficult to predict the result of printing, even for an experienced printer.

The computer monitor or phone display itself plays a significant role in the final print result. There are different screen manufacturing technologies, which in turn affects how a specific screen displays colors and, as a result, the same image on a computer monitor and a phone display can look different. Any screen works in the RGB color scheme and the light source is the backlight - as a result, we get an image on the screen that is as bright as possible. The printer prints in the CMYK color scheme and the light source is the reflected light of the lighting. And as a result of this mixture of technologies and light, the print result will not be as bright as it looked on the monitor screen.

RGB - Red, Green, Blue (red, green, blue colors). Images on displays of electronic gadgets are displayed in this format.

CMYK - Cyan, Magenta, Yellow (blue, magenta, yellow). The letter K (Black) is black. Used for full-color photo printing.

The mismatch between these models sometimes results in some colors not being able to be printed. For example, some specific shades, very bright lights, etc. Therefore, before sending the image for printing, you need to make sure that it is in the CMYK profile, if not, then convert it. After conversion, you will see the result, which will approximately be printed.

You can achieve a certain result only by making print samples. To do this, you need to use the textile on which the main edition will be printed, make several variants of the image with different color tones and print it. After that, the customer can choose the option that, in his opinion, suits him the most. This approach is appropriate if you need a large print run, for example, with a certain corporate color. The customer pays for the sample, but in the future it helps to avoid disputes after the seal is made. Also, the customer, having color requirements, can specify colors from the RAL table.

All of the above should be considered for any print. For example, for sublimation printing, specific color reproduction is complicated by the presence of an intermediate link between the image on the screen and the printed textile, in the form of paper, on which the image is preliminarily applied. After printing, the image is transferred from the paper to the textile. The lack of control of this process can lead to uneven filling of large areas of textiles with a homogeneous filling. If you are preparing a layout for a full-print t-shirt, it is best to avoid large solid areas, such as a solid black back.
